Wedding Box #2

A repurposed wine box which has been painted, metal-leafed and attached with copper and beads frames a colorful glass painting of 2 lovebirds resting in a tree with a dusky sky.  Lit with a low-wattage bulb.  Measurements: 13 x 8 x 5 inches.  Three pale blue dots of light framed in copper are seen from the sides and top.  Commissioned as a wedding present.  I love making personal pieces such as this one, with symbols and colors chosen by the client.
