Perseverance

Sometimes we must resist, persist, and cut a path through the howling wind.  

I created the artwork for the political short video "The Fable of the Sun and the Wind."  The artwork framed by the old wooden box in this piece is one of my drawings from the video.  A reproduction of the artwork is permanently fired onto a glass panel, which is mounted into a hole cut out of an old wooden box.  Repurposed drawer pull feet, paint, metal leaf, and electrical components including a 1 watt LED bulb.  Dimensions: 9.5" wide x 8" tall x 4" deep.
